You are getting increasingly these days consumers (and me included) wanting not to take out with them an mp3 player, a camera, and a recorder when they go out - a lot of people these days want everything all built into one device (ie mobile phone) so they only have one thing to carry around, but on the other hand dont want to pay top dollars to have these feature. You would still have a budget phone (ie no 3g, not 5mp camera, no flash) but all it would have meant is that this Tocco lite would have been more attractive to budget users who want a better resolution for video filming with their phones. But hey you can still have a budget phone that takes 640x480 video nothing stopping that. You could argue that the Ku990 Viewty was dearer because it had 5mpixel camera DIVX, 120fps recording, flash for camera and 3g. moreplease tell me why increasing the video to 640x480 30fps would have increased price? - in fact it can only do extremely good in marketing/selling terms. I think u should get ur basics cleared first, and then write here.
